Flat, paved, stroller-perfect 5-mile lakeside loop. Tempe Beach Park at the western end has a free seasonal splash pad, playground, and great downtown skyline views. Paddleboard and kayak rentals available (~$20–$30/hr). Go before 9am in summer — the path is exposed and temperatures are dangerous by mid-morning. Best October–May. Pair with Mill Avenue for post-walk ice cream or lunch. Dogs welcome on leash.
