Admission is 150 MAD (approximately $15 USD) per adult; children under 12 are admitted free. Open daily 8am to 5:30pm; online advance booking is strongly recommended as timed entry slots sell out by mid-morning during peak season (October through April). Paved paths are mostly stroller-friendly though some sections have uneven tiles, and the dense bamboo and tree canopy provides meaningful shade making this one of Marrakech’s more bearable outdoor spots in summer. Kids are drawn to the vivid cobalt-blue buildings, koi ponds, and exotic plant life — bring snacks as the on-site cafe is pricey. Allow 1 to 1.5 hours and arrive right at opening to beat tour groups.
