Harbourfront Centre is free to visit and consistently hosts family-friendly programming including craft workshops, outdoor concerts, and seasonal festivals. The adjacent Toronto Ferry Docks is the departure point for Toronto Islands ($9.37 CAD adults / $4.43 CAD kids return). The waterfront promenade is flat, paved, and stroller-friendly for a leisurely walk toward the CN Tower. On sunny summer weekends the outdoor stage often has free children’s performances in the afternoon.
