Gold Rock Beach inside Lucayan National Park is one of the most beautiful and least crowded beaches in the entire Bahamas, with powdery white sand and vivid blue water. Park entry is around $5 per person, and the beach is a 10-15 minute flat walk from the parking area through a peaceful pine forest trail. The trail is wide and relatively stroller-friendly, though a jogging stroller is easier than a standard frame. The park also contains one of the world’s longest underwater cave systems — older kids find the cave boardwalk tour fascinating. Bring your own food and water as there are no vendors on-site.
