The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) inside has free permanent galleries that are highly interactive for older kids. Multiple cafes and restaurants ring the square with highchairs and kids’ menus. Directly opposite Flinders Street Station – the easiest CBD meeting point for families arriving by train.
