Admission is roughly $20 for adults and $12 for children (approx. JMD 3,100 and JMD 1,850 respectively); hours are typically 8:00am to 4:00pm daily. The famous waterfall climb is a guided group experience — shoes with grip are required and can be rented on-site for about $5. Skip the overpriced souvenir stalls at the exit and focus your time on the actual climb. Younger children and toddlers should not attempt the climb; carriers are unsafe on wet rocks, so leave strollers and carriers in the car. Arrive by 8:30am to beat cruise ship crowds, which can swell the falls to 500+ people by 10:00am.
