Bosques de Palermo is Buenos Aires’s answer to Central Park — a sprawling green network of lakes, rose gardens, and wide paved paths that are completely stroller-friendly. Admission to the rose garden (El Rosedal) is free and the blooms peak in November and April, making those ideal visit months. Pedal boats on the lake rent for roughly 2,500-3,500 ARS per 30 minutes (about $2-3 USD) and are a huge hit with kids ages 4 and up. Arrive before 10am on weekends to claim shaded benches and avoid the afternoon crowds that fill the paths. Restrooms are available near the rose garden entrance but bring wipes as conditions vary.
