Bagore Ki Haveli is an 18th-century lakeside mansion turned living museum, and its nightly folk dance show at 7pm is one of the most kid-friendly cultural experiences in all of Rajasthan. Admission to the show is approximately INR 150 (under $2 USD) per person; the haveli museum itself is INR 100 extra and worth combining into an afternoon visit before the show. The 60-minute performance features Rajasthani puppet shows, fire dancing, ghoomar folk dance, and turban-tying demonstrations that keep even restless 4-year-olds engaged. The venue is partially air-conditioned and the seating area is manageable with lap-sitting toddlers. Arrive 20 minutes early for front-row floor cushion seating which is far better for short kids than the rear chairs.
